Data Deletion Requests

How to submit a request

Email support@massageintake.com with subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the account email and clinic/store name tied to the request.

Request processing steps

1. We acknowledge your request and verify requester identity.
2. We confirm which account(s) are in scope.
3. We execute deletion or anonymization workflows.
4. We send a completion confirmation email.

Processing timeline

After identity verification, account-level personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

What may be retained

• Security and audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
• Billing, tax, and legally required records may be retained for up to 7 years.
• Clinic-owned intake and consent records may be retained by clinic account owners in line with applicable law and clinic policy.
