1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account credential security.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass security or access data without authorization.
• Interfere with service stability, availability, or other users.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates rights of others.

4. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for your organization’s lawful use of the service and for ensuring that your collection and use of client data meet legal and professional obligations. We provide tooling support and do not provide legal advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, software, and related content are owned by Massage Intake or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify features, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massage Intake is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Optional Text Messages

Massage Intake is a product of KEYITECH LLC. When available, store-owner account users may separately opt in under Account security to receive automated platform alerts about new online booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules for stores they own, at their verified account phone number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. These alerts are offered for US phone numbers only. Customer-directed booking texts are currently disabled. No marketing messages are included.

Reply STOP to stop owner booking alerts sent through our platform messaging service, or START to resume future alerts with a valid existing subscription. You can also turn off owner alerts in Account security. Changing the verified phone requires new consent; verifying a phone alone does not subscribe you. Reply HELP for help or email support@massageintake.com. Email and in-app notifications remain available if you do not use texts.

Account verification codes are sent only when requested and are separate from booking message consent. Never share a verification code. Text delivery can be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS privacy notice.
